Professional Overview
Techno-Functional Specialist in IT Business Applications with 20+ years of progressive experience in software development, IT project management, and operations leadership across Jordan, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and India. I hold an M.Sc. (2024) and B.Sc. (2004) in Computer Science from Applied Science Private University.
I lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise software and automation initiatives, including portals, ERP, CRM, RPA, BI, and system integrations. My expertise spans IT operations management, strategic planning, process optimization, and developing comprehensive ISMS policies and IT governance frameworks. I have successfully managed cross-functional teams and delivered complex projects across multiple industries including automotive, real estate, hospitality, and government sectors.
As an active researcher in AI and machine learning, I specialize in NLP, transformers for domain-specific text classification, and intelligent transportation systems. My research has been published in IEEE Access, internationally indexed journals, and presented at major IEEE conferences. Recently, I led the "Visionaries" team to 1st place at the IEEE IHTC 2024 Hackathon in AI-enhanced weather forecasting.
Currently, I serve as IT Project Manager at Omicron Solutions, and Part-time Lecturer in the Data Science & AI Department at Applied Science Private University, bridging industry practice with academic research.
